On Wednesday, September 5, we participated in the Innovation Meeting focused on Agility organized by Club de Innovación.
As member of Club de Innovación, we had the opportunity for our Agile Coach María Teresa Codecido and Sergio Quiroga to participate as speakers.
In the event, entitled “Agility, a possible challenge in organizations,” Marité and Sergio explained what Digital Transformation is and how Agility is related to it.
After this explanation, they invited the attendees to participate in an interesting activity to create a "Stanza", in four iterations, where the concepts taught in the workshop were put into practice.
