Telerik (owned by Sitefinity company), was acquired by the multinational Progress in December 2014. With this merger, Ki Teknology opens the option of becoming the Official Partner of the company, which extends the range and offers the advantage of being supported by Progress towards customers and the market. The process formally began in January 2015 with the visit of important stakeholders Progress Ki Teknology, who noted that Latin America and Chile in particular are strategic markets for expansion plans post-merger.
This Alliance will allow Ki Teknology trade through the local Distributor Adistec products Progress (including Sitefinity) activities of loyalty for our clients, as well as technical and commercial skills to persons for Ki Teknology.
To date, Ki Teknology is in the process of signing the business plan Progress and closing Adistec negotiations with local dealers. It is internally initiated training processes throughout the suite of Progress products and has two professional certificates in the Sitefinity CMS.

Progress provides and backs up Telerik (when it was not owned by Progress) the kind of support that it didn’t gave to their partners in South America”, says Marketing Manager of Ki Teknology, Alejandro Fuentes. “We learned to use Sitefinity freehand, and the advantages is that now comes an entire contingent for Progress and they are holding meetings with us, technical training, also shopping, plus we will support making visits to clients and carrying out events. In parallel, we will give full support to market many more products and not only Sitefinity”, Adds Fuentes.
